Wednesday, May 2, 2012
9:30 a.m. - SYC Drama Group Social hour w/refreshments in the Ward Room
10:30 a.m. - SYC Drama Group Presentation, "The Red Feather Ladies Get Their Man"
Reservations are not necessary and we recommend that members and guests arrive on time to secure seating.
5:30 p.m. - "World's Biggest Green Box" BYOB, beverage and appetizer to share. Dock 2 will be the place to gather with friends and guests from area yacht clubs.

10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Parade numbers available in the Heritage Room
SYC/Canadian Women's Annual Field Trip (by reservation only)
11:00 a.m. - Cocktails service begins in the Marine Room.
12:00 p.m. - Men's Lunch honoring our Canadian guests in the Ward Room.
5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Ropeyarn in the Marine Room
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Canadian Reception in the Fireside Lounge and Ward Room (invitation only)
6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Marine Room Barbecue
7:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. - Dancing in the Fireside Lounge to the Live music.

12:00 Noon - Opening Day Luncheon for SYC members. Lunch starts at noon. (By reservations only)
2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Margarita Party on Dock 2 hosted by Royal Vancouver Yacht Club
2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Free boat rides courtesy of the Antique & Classic Boat Society
2:00 p.m. - Commode Cup - Commodores of SYC, Royal Victoria Yacht Club and Royal Vancouver Yacht Club
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - North of the Border Party on Dock Zero hosted by Royal Victoria Yacht Club
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Tacoma Yacht Club Dock Zero Party
5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Seattle Singles Yacht Club Dock Zero Party
5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Friday Night Prime Rib Buffet in the Ward Room/Fireside Lounge
6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Special Buffet in the Marine Room
7:00 p.m. - 11:00 pm - Music and dancing to in the Marine Room

8:45 a.m. - Navy Band Concert and Commissioning Ceremony on the lawn
9:40 a.m. - Montlake Cut closes to ALL boat traffic
10:20 a.m. - 11:40 a.m. - Windermere Cup Crew Races
12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Parade of Boats in the Montlake Cut
6:00 p.m. - Trophy Presentation and Sundown Ceremony on the lawn
6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Marine Room Barbecue
8:00 p.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Dancing and libations in the Heritage Room
8:00 p.m. - AI's in the Heritage Room, Dancing and Libations. Everyone welcome 21 and over
